Funds are being raised to prepare an engineering study and scope of work documents for the Charlevoix Connector, which will connect the Little Traverse Wheelway to Downtown Charlevoix with a multi-use, non-motorized trail. The Charlevoix County Community Foundation recently awarded $6,200 for this preliminary engineering work. Both the City of Charlevoix and Charlevoix Township have contributed funds to the project as well.
