TART Trails and Top of Michigan Trails Council staff and volunteers will be on hand to talk trails at Evening on River Street in Elk Rapids on August 9. Activities start at 6 p.m. and go until 9 p.m. The event features lots of food from local restaurants, kid’s activities, and live music.
